*Use the KDHE search tool! It's important to do some research before you place your child in daycare. KDHE runs background checks, implements, & oversees health and safety rules. Licensed providers must attend continuing education classes and adhere to many rules to make sure all children are safe. Although licensing is not easy, no system is perfect so if something doesn't seem right, follow your gut!
